1bigavocado(skin and seed removed)
3-4big slicespineapple(core and skin removed, cubed)
2tbspcoconut cream(or thick coconut milk)
2tspturmeric powder
1tbsphemp seeds
1tbspchia seeds
pinch ofHimalayan salt
300mlwater(enough to cover the ingredients)
Instructions
Peel your ingredients and remove seeds or core.
Cut them into smaller pieces and add everything into the blender.
Add water or other optional liquid like coconut water.
Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until you get a smooth and creamy texture.

Feel free to play with the water quantity and you’ll get a different texture overall. You can also use other types of liquids, instead of water. Popular choices include coconut milk, coconut water, almond milk, cashew milk, macadamia milk.You can substitute coconut cream for full-fat coconut milk or coconut butter. If you don’t have any of these at hand, try adding a few spoons of nut butter (almond butter or cashew butter).
