Ingredients
500gfull-fat sour cream(30% fat or more)
250gfrozen blueberries(or other berries)
2-3tspcoconut sugar
1/2tspcinnamon powder
1/2 tspvanilla powder(optional)
Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a blender or kitchen robot.
Blend on medium speed until you obtain a creamy and thick consistency, and all the berries have dissolved.
Choose a few tall glasses or jars, and pour mixed cream all the way up.
Optionally decorate with your favorite berries on top.
DONE! Enjoy fresh or store in the fridge for the next day.
