Simply Delicious Blueberry Sour Cream Dessert
Equipment
- Blender
- Big Jars or Tall Glasses
Ingredients
- 500 g full-fat sour cream (30% fat or more)
- 250 g frozen blueberries (or other berries)
- 2-3 tsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder (optional)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a blender or kitchen robot.
- Blend on medium speed until you obtain a creamy and thick consistency, and all the berries have dissolved.
- Choose a few tall glasses or jars, and pour mixed cream all the way up.
- Optionally decorate with your favorite berries on top.
- DONE! Enjoy fresh or store in the fridge for the next day.
